At Author Ceramics, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted homeware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right for your space, we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our studio team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your ceramics in their original protective packaging and internal cushioning to ensure they remain safe during transit.
Ship to Studio
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our workshop.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
