We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging for a full replacement.
Are your glazes food-safe?
Absolutely. All Author Ceramics products are finished with 100% non-toxic, lead-free, and food-safe glazes, making them perfect for daily dining and entertaining.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production as each item is individually handcrafted in our studio.
